Engineering Team Lead

Cin7 is expanding very quickly with a mission to become the leading Inventory Management Software brand in the world, and we are looking for motivated and driven Software team Leader to join our team.

**How you'll make an impact**:
We are looking for an experienced Software Team Leader with a background in C#, SQL, Azure etc to lead one of our development teams as we continue our journey to build a world class product. You will own the delivery of your team in terms of the value that they create for the business. You'll be responsible for mentoring the team to upskill them and increase quality whilst simultaneously ensuring that our ability to deliver to our customers isn't impacted. Working with the Principal Engineers and VP of engineering you'll ensure the architectural integrity of our product is maintained, and you'll work with the product team to ensure that we're delivering on our product road map.

**What you'll do**:

- Software design and architecture
- Coaching via code review and pair programming
- Leadership through doing (pro-active demonstration of the skills expected from the team)
- Work with Engineering Manager to provide career discussions and coaching for your team, using regular feedback mechanisms
- Process owner - Organizing and facilitating the Scrum events. Managing the Sprint board etc
- Empowering your people to learn to solve their own problems
- Recruitment of new staff to complete their team

**What you'll bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, or 10 years industry experience preferred
- Prior experience in a technical leadership role
- Prior experience and good understanding of integration patterns.
- Prior experience working with Scrum.
- Knowledge of process innovation and problem solving
- Ability to use market and competitor knowledge to implement best practice and processes.
- Track record of developing and implementing strategies to deliver better customer experiences.
