We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our car dealer company. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support our sales objectives. You will advise executives and clients on effective advertising strategies, coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, analyze consumer data, research market characteristics, and contribute to various marketing elements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives in the automotive industry.
- Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to effectively reach target markets, create consumer awareness, and promote the attributes of our cars.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including activities such as artwork creation, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, while adhering to time and budget constraints.
- Analyze consumer data to understand patterns and preferences, providing insights for targeted marketing approaches.
- Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends to identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategies.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, collecting and analyzing data and statistical information.
- Support business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Commission and undertake market research to identify market opportunities for both new and existing cars and services.
- Provide advice and guidance on various marketing elements, including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling techniques, and distribution channels.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

Proven experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in the automotive industry or car dealer sector.

Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, campaign planning, and market research methodologies.

Proficiency in coordinating the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement.

Analytical skills with the ability to analyze consumer data, interpret trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Familiarity with current and emerging marketing trends and the automotive market.

Creative mindset and an eye for design to contribute to the development of compelling advertising campaigns.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze market data and statistical information.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and recommend effective marketing strategies.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for data analysis and campaign management.

Fixed working hours: 40 (full time) per week during Monday to Friday
