About the Role**

We are on the hunt for a Site Manager or Construction Manager who have experience within the commercial construction industry to join our team. These roles will have the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects, including but not limited to; Govenment facilities, offices, warehouses, industrial units and much more
Salary starts from $120,000 per year.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effective management, planning, implementation and checking of all on site construction personnel & activities.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and without compromising quality or safety.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (including teammates, subcontractors, suppliers & site stakeholders)
- Leading by example and ensuring appropriate health and safety attitudes and behaviours are followed
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a comparable commercial Site Manager position
- A strong focus on leadership to accomplish the delivery of great quality projects.
- Solid local industry knowledge.
- The ability to problem solve and drive successful projects with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
