Key responsibilities
- Create user experiences and interfaces that are beautiful and usable.
- Lead user research, user interviews and prototyping initiatives.
- Use data to inform and influence product development.
- Champion discovery, design thinking and appropriate design processes.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration and achievement of outcomes.

What we’d like to see
- Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role - including user research, wire framing, visual design, UI design, UX process
- Have experience in preparing and facilitating usability testing, stakeholder and user interviews, observational research and UX workshops
- Thrive in a multi-product, agile environment
- Great communication skills
- A team player, willing to work collaboratively and achieve shared goals.
