**About the role**:
As the Principal Digital Product Designer, you'll be reporting directly to our Design Director within the Design Chapter. Your collaboration with our product and tech teams will be instrumental in creating delightful and innovative customer experiences. On the daily, that will involve
- Working closely with clients and teams to design tech solutions that resonate with users.
- Using a rich blend of user research and usability testing to guide your design decisions.
- Prototyping, refining, and presenting your designs - ensuring they're customer-focused and feasible.
- Encouraging and inspiring the Digital Product Designers on the team.

**About you**:

- You have 5-8 years of experience in a focused digital product design role.
- Your portfolio showcases innovative, elegant and accessible digital design work with tangible results.
- Communication is your forte - whether it’s writing, presenting, or remote chats.
- You've demonstrated cross-functional collaboration in previous roles.
