**ROLE SUMMARY**:
As the China Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract prospective students for one of the leading independent school groups in New Zealand.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets in China and other Asian markets.
- Identify and establish partnership with education agents, schools, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our schools and recruit prospective students.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions to educate prospective students and their families about our programs and admissions process.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including admissions and marketing, to support recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changed affecting international student recruitment in offshore market.
- Represent ACG Schools at recruitment events, fairs and conferences in offshore market as required. Manage event spend to ensure that the ‘cost
- to-serve’ is at a productive level.
- Provide regular reports and updated to management on recruitment activities, market insights, and performance against targets.
- Travel domestically and internationally to conduct recruitment activities and build relationships with stakeholders as needed.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent professional qualifications or experience.
- Proven experience in international student recruitment or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Knowledge of China and wide Asian markets and culture nuances related to student recruitment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Student Management Systems
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
