Are you a strong, people-focused leader ready for your next step? We’re offering a key leadership opportunity in our senior store team as **Dry Goods Operations Manager (DGOM)**. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for delivering high performance across grocery, liquor, frozen, and chilled (dry) departments. You’ll also oversee inwards goods, work closely with the online team on daily execution, and take ownership of store-wide price integrity and dry inventory control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational execution, team coaching, and cross-functional leadership. This is a Store Manager-reporting role with responsibility for multiple leaders and functional areas across the dry offer and online.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across all dry categories
- Manage and coach the Dry Goods Manager and Storeroom Manager
- Ensure strong dry availability through accurate data, gap recovery, and promotional readiness
- Take accountability for dry inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock loss controls
- Work closely with the online team daily execution
- Champion food and safety standards and audit readiness
- Oversee store-wide price integrity, including promotional pricing, ticketing compliance, and scan accuracy
- Build team capability and engagement through coaching and clear expectation-setting

What We’re Looking For
- A proven leader who gets results through people
- Strong retail background with relevant experience in FMCG or grocery operations
- Proven ability to manage product flow, stock accuracy, and availability
- Experience leading teams across multiple operational areas
- Strong communication, planning, and follow-through discipline
- SAP experience is essential
- A collaborative mindset and readiness to step up and be stretched
