**What will you be doing?**

We're looking for a passionate Digital Web Designer with exceptional visual design skills. In collaboration with the marketing team, you'll help design and support the delivery of a best of breed online insurance experience for our prospective and existing customers, co-create and develop an amazing user experience to reflect the identity of Tower across different touchpoints, channels and devices through the main marketing website.

You'll get to ideate and prototype webpages to enhance customer experience, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand by utilising and contributing to the Tower brand guidelines and design system involving graphical elements, UI components and UX thinking

**What you'll need**

You have a design degree and a minimum of 5-6 years web design experience including but not limited to graphic design, digital, brand, publication, layout, communication, illustration, typography, iconography, image grading and data visualisation.

Being able to think innovatively and creatively to find solutions is a must, and most importantly we are looking for someone who is energised and motivated by great design. You will have an eye not only for fresh and contemporary aesthetics but also for thoughtful UX/UI design principles

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience working with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Silverstripe)
- Experience with UX/UI discipline and ability in producing animated videos/motion graphics is a plus
- Proficient in Creative Cloud e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a must. Familiarity with Figma (or similar tool), InDesign, Miro and various design development and collaboration tools
- Ability to conduct research (e.g. Desk research and user testing), gather inputs and express your ideas through visual assets, written words, plans, sketches or mockups
- Good understanding of data-informed design thinking and utilisation of supporting tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics)
