**The Role**:
Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience._ You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
- Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
- Genuine CARE, for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business
- Ability to COACH, mentor and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed
- High ENERGY and a can do attitude that motivates those around you and drives a positive store culture
- Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
- The courage to INNOVATE, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and lead change
