**Compliance Manager - New World Carterton**

Our store is seeking a motivated and driven Compliance Manager to join our team.

The successful applicant must show attention to detail, be a thorough learner and be able to work well independently and with our management team. Our environment is busy and dynamic, so experience in a similar environment would be beneficial.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance of our Health & Safety system and our Food Safety program.
- Day to day liaison with Health and Safety Reps and Team Managers acting as a champion for health and safety.
- Follow up Incident/Injury Management and support with incident investigations and staff rehabilitation.
- Organising and documenting Health and Safety and Food Safety Compliance training for all staff company wide.
- Organising all Health and Safety Meetings and taking minutes.
- Delivering the induction program for new staff and contractors
- Maintaining induction and staff training records
- Monitoring and reviewing Safety Rules and assist staff where necessary in documenting these

great interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people, strong

time management and organisation and prior exposure to and understanding of

workplace health and safety & food safety.
