**The Big Picture**:
As our National Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee our 19+ venues across New Zealand, ensuring brand standards and consistency across Timezone, Zone Bowling, and Kingpin. You will inspire and support our team through our ongoing venue expansion and growth. This role involves working closely with our venues, Support Office, and international stakeholders.
**The Nitty Gritty**:
- Leadership: Inspire, coach, and partner with Multisite and Venue Managers to align goals with company values and ensure organizational processes are followed.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, P&C, and other departments to effectively communicate and execute initiatives.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning to support talent development.
- Performance Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback, recognizing remarkable performance.
- Financial Management: Achieve budget targets through effective labour management, audits, and financial analysis. Identify opportunities to enhance commercial capabilities.
- Operational Excellence: Lead day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach, identifying business opportunities and fostering a culture of fun.
- Guest Satisfaction: Drive guest satisfaction and retention by identifying key opportunities and enhancing team capabilities.
- Project Management: Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure the success of new venue openings.
