**What type of Organisation you will be joining?**
You will join a global organisation helping to fight the world's most threatening diseases and enabling access to healthcare for more people around the world.
We have an extensive focus on research and development, so as a Trainee Field Service Engineer you have an opportunity to work on leading-edge technology. It is not only the technology that makes us global leaders in healthcare, but our employees. As a Trainee, you will be part of a highly experienced team who will mentor you not only throughout the program but throughout your career with us.
You can also personally grow with us. We have opportunities for all employees to show social responsibility, for example, we partner with Radiology Across Borders to ensure healthcare professionals have the knowledge and training to save patients’ lives, the ‘Step Up’ committee supports the development of females in the workforce, our Green Committee ensure that our environmental imprint is reduced and many more.
We promote an inclusive culture by embracing diversity in all its forms, at every level of our company, and in the communities, we operate in. We drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to enhance our capability and positively impact the broader healthcare industry.
**Your Traineeship**:
Based in **Wellington, New Zealand**, you will embark on a journey, which will see you develop and be mentored across a range of our product portfolios including but not limited to Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, X-Ray and so on. At the successful conclusion of the program, your journey with Healthineers is only just beginning, as a specialized Customer Service Engineer you will continue to shape your career with us. There are many career pathways in Healthineers including leadership, technical specialists and project roles, just to name a few. Along your journey, you will get to meet many of our previous Trainees that continue to have successful careers at Healthineers both here in our ANZ region and overseas.
