**About the Role**:
A rare opportunity has arisen to appoint a technical and customer focused **Field Service Engineer - Medical Devices** within our Service Division. Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- preventative maintenance visits
- field service callouts to provide technical assistance
- problem solving and troubleshooting
- collaborating with our Sales Specialists during demonstration trials, installation of new equipment, commissioning.

Based in Auckland, you will be required to travel across New Zealand as required. You will provide support and develop long lasting relationships with our customers.

To support you and ensure you are set up for success, you will experience outstanding training and development, as well as on the job training with the current Field Service Engineers, Team Leaders, and other supporting team members.

**What we are looking for**:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be an experienced Field Service professional. Previous experience in Medical Devices will be highly regarded. You will have a strong mechanical aptitude, Electrical or Electronic qualifications and NZ Restricted Electrical License.

Your strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
