**Quarry Worker - Cluden Stone Quarry, Central Otago**

This is a casual position where you get paid your hourly rate ($27.80) plus 8% holiday pay on top, giving an hourly rate of $30.00 before tax.

It would suit someone looking for part time work or just a few weeks of full time. In the summer, we have lots of hours available and are happy to be flexible on the days you work.

It’s best if you can work full days as we provide free transport from Wanaka (leaving at 6.15 am and returning by 5.30 pm). Paid working hours are 7.00 am to 4.30 pm.

We are looking for someone from October until Christmas and from February to May.

You will be working in the paving area at Cluden Quarry, selecting and trimming larger flat stones.

It’s a great opportunity for people interested in landscaping, stonemasonry, geology, or construction to get a feel for how stone forms and cuts.
