Our Christchurch office is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager for the delivery of a wide range of Programme Management projects and services from inception through to completion for GHD clients across New Zealand.This will include the delivery of programmes, as well as providing advice and guidance to key clients on best practice programme and project management.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Exhibits and promotes key leadership principles essential to programme management success, and delivery of transformative organisational outcomes for GHD clients
- Is a GHD Programme Management champion, embracing new and emerging Programme Management principles, evolving the GHD Programme Management service offering alongside the Programme Management team, ensuring ongoing relevance to the market.
- Ensures a strong client focus to maintain a pipeline of work and generate revenue.
- Increases the presence of GHD Programme Management in the marketplace as a consultant of choice.
- Oversees the delivery of a wide range of Programme Management services to include:

- Enterprise and Programme Management Office functions
- Programme and Project Management Processes
- Governance
- Business Case
- Benefits Management
- Programme Planning and Control
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Prioritisation processes
- Risk and Issue Management
- Quality and Assurance
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Reporting and KPI’s
- Delivery Model and Procurement strategies
- Delivery of projects from inception through to completion, both on time and on budget

**What you will bring to the team**:

- At least 10 years’ experience within a Project and Programme Management environment, overseeing the delivery of programmes, projects and services.
- Experience in leading people, process and system change within a delivery environment.
- A strong reputation / presence in the NZ project management market
- Strong network of client relationships in the Project Management space. Including established relationships at a high level across a range of industries and portfolios
- MSP, PMP or PgMP (or equivalent)
- PRINCE2, PMP (or equivalent)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Post graduate qualifications (such as an MBA) would be looked upon favourably
