**The opportunity**
Based at our Highbrook site, you will be responsible for leading our Shredder team as you run the sorting and shredding of documents for our key customers. Interested in working in operations and staying close with team members, clients, and customers? This might be the role for you
This is a **Permanent, Full-time **role.** Monday to Friday **(with some occasional Saturdays)**. 40 hours per week**, **1:00 pm to 9:30 pm**
**Responsibilities include**:
- Leading our team of shredders and assisting in our shredding operations when needed.
- Adhere to all operational processes and forkhoist driver processes and duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain stock control, inventory management, and maintenance checks.
- Continual review of processes and procedures to gain improvement and efficiencies.
- Ensure all Company Health & Safety and Environment Policy procedures & directives are adhered to.
- Collaborate with the Northern Area Manager or Ops Controller to address any issues or barriers affecting workflow.
- Providing excellent customer and client support.
**What we are looking for**
To succeed in this role within our organization, you would ideally have a forklift license and previous experience in operations and warehousing.
You are highly motivated and results-oriented. Training will be provided for this role as well
- Available to work from Monday to Friday (1:00 pm to 9:30 pm) and some occasional Saturdays.
- A forklift license is essential for this role (a Full Class 1 Driver’s License with an F endorsement is desirable, if you don’t have your forklift license, we could assist you in obtaining one)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Be a great team player.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High regard for Health & Safety standards
