**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse production data, workflow, and workforce utilisation to improve process
efficiency and reduce wastee
- Design, implement and maintain automated systems and equipment to support modern door manufacturing
- Monitor and maintain the performance of machinery, including electronically controlled systems
- Assist in the layout planning of plant and machinery for maximum output and safety
- Develop and implement work measurement programs and labour utilisation standards
- Coordinate and manage production schedules, material flow, and labour allocation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
methodologies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering
specifications
- Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to ensure manufacturability and
serviceability of products
- Provide technical support and training to production staff
- Monitor and control project budgets and timelines related to production improvements
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline
- At least five years of working experience in relevant industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and production
planning
- Knowledge of electronic control systems used in industrial equipment
- Proficiency in data analysis, CAD software, and industrial automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and safety compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
