The Higgins Construction division in Auckland are currently looking for Operators to join the team. You will be working on projects ranging from $25 million to $100 million, there is a strong pipeline of work to be involved in and excellent opportunities to continue to grow your career with Higgins.

Our construction crews generally work in small 2-4 people teams, you will be operating heavy plant and machinery including diggers, rollers, watercart. This role also includes general labouring duties on site.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience operating heavy machinary e.g. Diggers, Rollers, Watercart
- Ideally you will have a Full class 1 licence with WTR endorsements or willing to obtain
- Prior experience working on civil/roading constrution projects
- A Team player with a safety-first attitude - for yourself and the public
- Flexible, committed and reliable - will turn up rain or shine

This is a full time, permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours to a maximum of 70 hours per week. Competitive hourly rate on offer between $29.66-$33 an hour dependent on experience.
