Our Southland based industrial client are leaders in their field of Hydraulics and Pneumatics, due to increased work load they are requiring a full time stores person.

**Description**

This highly successful services firm is looking for an energetic, friendly & hard working person to carry out the following key responsibilities. With ongoing training and upskilling this position will evolve into further technical responsibilities.
- Accurate Receipting & documentation of incoming stock & outgoing stock
- Assembly of hoses
- Restocking the store
- Entering and allocating parts into the computer system
- Ensure store is kept clean, tidy & presentable

**To be considered**

The ideal applicant will have a keen interest or previous experience working within an engineering stores environment, although full training will be provided. This role has a practical & physical nature to it as part of the role will involve the assembly of various sized hoses of up to 30kg. You will have a fun outgoing personality and can pride yourself on attention to detail, strong written and oral skills, great customer service and the ability to multi task and work under pressure. This role will be working with rural contractors, sub distributers and workshop staff so being naturally confident will be key. You will need to hold a full clean drivers licence and pass a pre-employment drug test.
