Our Community Health Services are embarking on an exciting phase of transformational change that includes implementing interdisciplinary and integrated approaches to patient and family care.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our community health services. You will be based in the Mangere/Otara Hubs. The services operate Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Flexibility will be required for this position.
**Essential**:
- NZ Registered Occupational Therapist with current annual practising certificate
- Current full NZ Drivers Licence
**Preferred**:
- Two years clinical experience in a community or rehab setting
