Are you a commercially minded marketer with a passion for foodservice and trade marketing? Tip Top is looking for a dynamic **Trade Marketing Executive** to help drive category growth and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across our Foodservice and Route channels.

**About the Role**

In this newly created role, you’ll support the full spectrum of trade marketing activity—from market insights and product management to campaign execution and customer communications. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, NPD, Procurement, and Operations to help bring our plans to life and support strong commercial outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse market and competitor data to uncover trends and identify new opportunities
- Assist with new product development and product updates
- Execute trade-focused marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain sales tools, POS materials and marketing assets
- Support customer communication channels, including EDMs and product guides
- Provide general admin support including raising purchase orders, managing sales tools e.g. Salesforce
- Track campaign performance and report on ROI
- Coordinate logistics and materials for trade events and shows

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-4 years’ experience in FMCG or a similar industry
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with sales or trade marketing teams
- A degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing (desirable)
