As part of George Weston Foods Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated British Foods plc, Baking Division NZ is a people, quality, customer, and consumer focused FMCG, employing over 500 people across New Zealand and at our 3 manufacturing sites.

Reporting to the **National Inventory Manager,** we are looking for an experienced **Inventory Controller** to support the broader inventory team in efficient reconciliation of all finished goods. This position has the opportunity to be based across our sites in Auckland and Christchurch (Ellerslie, Wiri, Otahuhu and Harewood).

**Here’s what you will do**:

- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of finished goods
- Ensure maintenance and updates of ERP
- Identify and investigate inventory variances and recommend solutions
- Oversee inventory control process and procedures
- Regular Inventory reporting and analysis
- Lead master data management of changes to supply chain and production function
- Order and maintain adequate stock levels

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand and extract value from our data. However, this is more than just an analyst role: we require excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and work with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Experience working within “daily fresh” Supply Chain and with ERP/TMS/WMS is advantageous. We need someone who is systems savvy, and able to adapt and learn new technologies quickly, using whatever tools are required to get the job done.
