**About the role**

You will:

- Providing a superior end to end service for our charitable trusts including the implementation of investment strategies, filing annual charities returns and charitable granting, both straightforward and complex.
- Offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service, building trust by engaging our customers and actively anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Proactively generating and managing appointments for yourself for business development and revenue growth opportunities.
- Monitoring your performance to meet financial, customer and risk targets, and develop strategies to ensure achievement.
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team by proactively sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices on trustee matters.
- Contributing to the successful running of the team by collaborating with colleagues to ensure the collective success of the team.

The base salary range for this role is $99,800 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution from Public Trust

**About you**

- Significant experience as a Senior Trustee or in complex trust/estate administration.
- Tertiary qualification or extensive experience in legal, accountancy, commerce, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive is advantageous.
- Strong **written and verbal**communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to mentor and motivate others.
