We are looking for an experienced baker that is comfortable producing bread. You will be a part of an enthusiastic and motivated team that takes great pride in the products we produce.

**Hours**:
This is a permanent position working 16 to 20 hours per week, Fridays & Saturday 4am starts

**The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes**:

- Outstanding baking skills and presentation of products within a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent knowledge of Food, Health and Safety processes
- Maintaining our high department standards and having an eye for detail
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role which includes lifting up to 20kg
- Punctuality, flexibility, honesty and reliability
- A strong focus on teamwork, communication and relationship building
