We are currently seeking to employ **a Customer Service Representative**to our** Distribution Planned Works**team based in Upper **Hutt, Wellington**. In this role, you will provide designs and quotations to customers for small projects and deliver these to ensure they meet customer requirements, Omexom and Industry safety and quality standards, achieving planned profit or better as per project bid targets**.**

- Prepare quotations to customers that are cost effective and within commercial requirements.
- Ensuring quotations and designs are delivered within KPI and SLA timeframes.
- Coordinating with customers, managers, and coordinators to ensure project success.
- Conducting comprehensive handovers with Job Managers.
- Ensuring all documentation required by customers is provided.
- Auditing works to ensure compliance with contract documents, design and construction standards, acts, regulations and network operating standards, industry standards, and safety requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Possess estimating/tendering skills, with an ability to be hands-on.
- Registered line mechanic.
- Relevant Distribution Network experience.
- Practical knowledge of Wellington Electricity and Omexom design and engineering standards, and the ability to work within them.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Must hold appropriate WTC’s.
