For our growing company, we are looking a Driver who will be required to drive company taxi within the Auckland region and serve customers to the best of his/her ability.

**Job responsibilities of a Driver**
- Driving the company fleet to the dedicated locations specified by the company and transporting the clients to their desired locations.
- Planning routes to select the fastest route to the client’s destination.
- When carrying out vehicle maintenance checks, ensure that the vehicle is clean and tidy and in perfect working condition.
- Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
- Ensure that the passengers remain safe throughout their journey.
- Ensure that the paperwork of the vehicle is complete and verified for accuracy.
- Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Ensure to interact with clients professionally and ensure to provide maximum customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and always drive responsibly.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs as and when necessary.
- Updating monthly mileage records

You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 70 hours per week and will be paid between $26 and $31 per hour.

**Other requirements for the role**:

- Must be able to work between the hours of 4 am and midnight from Sunday to Thursday.
- Must be committed to working late nights until 2 am on Friday and Saturday
- Hours can fluctuate between 30-70 per week, so should be committed to work.
- As per NZTA guidelines for drivers, we may ask you to work a 13-hour shift in a day to meet the work requirements.
- You may be asked to travel to nearby regions, such as Waikato and the Bay of Plenty, to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Available to work on weekends.

- Focused with good interpersonal skills.
