**About the role**

This is a 12 month parental leave cover that has the huge shoes to fill of one of our marketing superstars. A hugely exciting role within the Foodies PAK’nSAVE Marketing and CX team focusing on how we take our retail proposition to market nationally. As a leader of two amazing marketers, you will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of our retail marketing strategies and national activations, which are critical to drive sustainable, profitable growth. While we are potentially biased, this surely has to be one of the best marketing roles in the country working with one of New Zealand’s most loved brands( and influencer in Stickman).

**About you**

Most importantly, you will be a great human. You will also be an amazing retail marketer and people leader. You’ll have a proven track record in a similar role delivering retail marketing strategies and integrated campaigns and be able to show how you have created and maintained high performing teams who love showing up for each other.
