**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Conversion Process Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Hamilton. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with strong technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring quality production, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:
Safety & Compliance:

- Champion workplace safety, conducting risk assessments and implementing improvements to enhance equipment and procedures.

Production Optimization:

- Ensure efficient, high-quality production by optimizing process settings and implementing Standard Operating Conditions (SOC).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support operators in problem-solving and machine operation.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Process & Product Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement projects, including new product introductions, machinery upgrades, and process development.
- Lead and participate in trials for new or modified products, analyzing results and refining processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and development teams to implement solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in process troubleshooting and optimization.
Willingness to travel occasionally, including overseas assignments.
