**What you’ll be doing.**:
As a Commercial Planning Analyst in our Product Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for the forecasting models which support our Sales & Operations Planning processes. Working with a broad range of stakeholders on both the demand and supply sides of the business, you’ll have the opportunity to test and develop your analytical skills by exploring new datasets, developing predictive models, and building cost-benefit analysis.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Great analytical skills, including the development of forecasting models and the analysis of complex datasets. Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to convey information, insights, ideas, and proposals in a way that makes it easy for the receiver to understand and respond appropriately. Confident in interacting at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in the use of diverse analytics and visualisation tools, with strong documentation and change control disciplines. Advanced MS Excel is a must, and experience in using tools like Tableau and OBIEE is ideal but not essential.
- Performance orientation and self-motivation - desire to achieve results; pursuing standards of excellence; improving one's own performance; challenging targets, tackling what has never been achieved before.
- A tertiary qualification in areas such as Analytics, Statistics, Economics or similar is preferable, but not essential.
