At Entain Australia & New Zealand, where the customer is at the centre of what we do. Our New Zealand Media team is growing, and we are in need of a media coordinator to keep things running smoothly. This role involves making sure our media activities are on point. As the media coordinator, you'll play a key role in contributing, planning, and executing our marketing campaigns. You're the connection between our internal team, external sources of advertising, and the final media outputs.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Implementing marketing strategies and plans across various media platforms such as digital, print, social media, etc.
- Collaborating closely with brand teams to grasp the messaging hierarchy for campaigns and guiding media activities accordingly.
- Briefing internal Creative and Production Teams across all channels and subsequently coordinating the distribution of creative assets to media providers/networks.
- Managing master schedules to ensure precise coordination of messaging, specifications, and creative components.
- Executing process reporting for media channels to confirm the delivery of booked media aligns with the planned strategy.

**You're a match if you...**
- Have a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and project management software.
- Have a proven track record of thriving in collaborative team environments.
- An understanding of media channels and the overall NZ media landscape. Possess knowledge and/or a strong interest in the sports, racing, and wagering industry (preferred).
