**H2R Consulting** and **Arthur D Riley** are working together to locate a highly skilled and experienced **Office Administrator** for their Hamilton Office on a permanent basis.
Arthur D. Riley & Co Ltd (ADR) is involved in the import, export and sale of metering and high voltage equipment. The Company provides meter reading services, leak detection services, meter standards testing and is involved in hardware and software design for high voltage equipment, hand-held computers for parking and metering utility services, data collection, monitoring and management.
**The role**:
To perform administration tasks for the office and in-house support of the field staff including Meter Readers. To provide effective and efficient support to the Hamilton Office team. To be the “go-to” person for the Hamilton Branch.
**Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge**:
- A good computer knowledge of Microsoft products - especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge and experience of the Navision (NAV) or Business Central Financial Management System would be advantageous (not essential)
- Good accuracy and numeracy.
- Experienced administration skills, greater than 3 years
- First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Full Drivers License (essential)
- Able to pass both a criminal and credit check.
