**Your new role**

We are on the hunt for a BOM Team Leader, reporting to the Auckland Distribution Manager. Your key purpose will be to ensure quality execution of all kit assembly within the warehouse based in Wiri.

You will take ownership of kit, BOM team queries and find solutions to provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally; as well as ensuring your team achieves the day-to-day requirements.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring picking and packing of parts according to the specification.
- Supervising the BOM team including handling of BOM team queries.
- Participate in annual stock take and cycle counts.
- Compliance and implementation to Health & Safety rules.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring deadlines for kit assembly are met and communicated.

**To be successful, you will have**
- Experience in working in similar role in the automotive industry.
- 5 years' experience leading and motivating a team.
- High level of numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have full drivers' licence, Forklift with F endorsement, with reach and stock picker licence.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work with a wide range of people from different functions.
- Good understanding of Warehouse operations.
- Able to work unsupervised.
