Take charge in this Events Coordinator & Personal Assistance role where you have autonomy organising events in the Northern Region of New Zealand as well as support two great senior managers who are gregarious, dynamic, and very down to earth.

In this role, you will be juggling multiple balls As an Event Coordinator you will be organising the Quarterly Awards and regional events as well as organising monthly recognitions. In the other half of your role as a Personal Assistant, you will be anticipating needs as well as managing diaries, social media and the recruitment database.

Duties include:

- End-to-end event management
- Diary and travel management
- Managing social media
- Managing the recruitment database
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and documentation

- Event Coordination experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- A natural people person with a good sense of humour
