**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Lead Ambassador for** Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour & Sofitel Wellington Hote**l as **_Director of Sales & Marketing _**based in Auckland.**

**_ The role:_**
- Securing business from all segment sources for our hotels.
- Developing annual sales & marketing, revenue & budget plans.
- Establishing and maintaining key relationships across all market segments, both nationally & locally.
- Maintain effective communication with wider Sales functions in the Region providing market intelligence on a regular basis and understanding of market strengths, weaknesses and ongoing sales activities
- Maintain existing customer base to ensure their business is retained.

**The Ambassador**:

- You love building relationships and influencing others at all levels; be that hotel, the Accor Team or clients
- You are a person who can demonstrate their success using their market expertise to develop and secure business
- You should desirably have working knowledge of CRM tools - Salesforce, Opera and CVENT.
- You are creative and a solution orientated leader who has a
proven track record with at least five years senior sales experience, preferably within the hotel sector.
- You have an impeccable personal presentation to compliment your strong communication, networking and organizational skills

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years Sales & Marketing Leadership experience within a luxury Hotel
- High level of knowledge within the digital world, social media and other forms of Marketing tools.
- Agility and creative intellect, entrepreneurial, pragmatic and flexible in nature.
