Café Manager

We are looking for a Café Manager to excite and motivate a small team based in Auckland.

We need someone who has great customer skills and has great enthusiasm and passion
towards his work. As a manager, you will be responsible for the overall growth, organization
and management of the operations of the café and thus we need someone who is
competent to work independently in the Store.

You will also be responsible for ensuring
customer satisfaction, and the execution of all company standards and policies which
include operational, health and safety regulations, food safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- Must have a minimum of Graduation Level degree in any field or 3 years of experience

working as Managerial role.
- Display high level of professionalism and Positivity.

**Other Key requirements needed for this role**:

- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Ability to manage relationships with suppliers, customers and the team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work Flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and public holidays (as

required).

position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the pay rate for this position will be 32.00
NZD per hour.

Pay: 32.00 NZD per hour.
