About the role

The primary purpose of our Customer Support Centre (CSC) to is take bookings for our Service departments.

Key responsibilities:

- Sending regular reminders to customers to help them protect their vehicles by servicing on time
- Maintaining customer records with up-to-date contact information, their contact preferences, and information that helps us best meet their future needs
- Supporting our customers through education to help them get the most out of their products and plans
- Taking opportunities to understand our customers’ needs in order to recommend additional products and services that would benefit them

Unlike most contact centre and customer service roles, this position is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with a rostered off-phone work from home four hour shift every second weekend (you choose when).
