**Customer Support Representative Lead | Manurewa Leisure Centre+Te Matariki Clendon Community Centre**

You will be joining our team in the Manurewa Leisure Centre and the Te Matariki Clendon Community Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active.

The shift:
Monday - Friday hours will be between 7am - 6pm with weekend work included.

You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative Lead, you will support the Team Leaders in your area(s) of expertise to ensure the development and delivery of programmes and services are maintained at an exceptional standard.

As well as playing a key role in shift supervision and the inducting, training and development of the team.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Inducting, training, coaching, mentoring and supervising team members.
- Championing remarkable customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide shift or task leadership and serve as first escalation point for agreed customer issues.
- Technical or functional expertise, or ownership of an aspect of your team’s programme, processes or deliverables.
- Participation in recruitment and selection processes as required.
- Championing our Game Plan, our Charter, and our Maori responsiveness,diversity, equity and inclusion approach.
- Supporting service innovation and improvement, and the successful delivery of project work.
- Ensuring a fun, supportive and vibrant environment, for work colleagues and customers, that encourages active participation.

Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
