Are you an experienced leader with a passion for efficiency, customer service, and team development? PAK’nSAVE Mill Street is looking for an Online Shopping Manager to oversee our dedicated team of nine and ensure our customers receive the best online shopping experience.

**About the Role**:
As our Online Shopping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online department, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate picking and packing, and timely delivery. You will manage a team of nine, driving efficiency, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of online assistants to deliver top-notch service
- Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and improve processes for speed and quality control
- Manage stock availability and liaise with other departments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Train, develop, and support your team to reach their full potential
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in online operations
