**About the role**:

In this role, we are looking for someone with proven experience working in a warehouse environment, has an understanding of Inwards & outwards goods procedures. The importance of stock control levels and delivering great customer experiences and servicing our customers heat pumps. **(No previous experience is required for servicing, as training is provided, great chance to learn and develop within the industry)**
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

- Sound knowledge of warehouse practices
- Keeping the warehouse organised and tidy
- General warehouse duties
- Physically fit and well presented
- Well organised and able to self-manage your time and workflow
- Have a current and clean driver’s license
- Have a forklift license (or is able to train to get their FL license)
- Self-motivated and enjoys engaging with people
- Good communication skills and a friendly and professional manner.
- Good oral and written presentation skills.
- A safety-first mindset.
