We're been BUZZed to find a Sales & Events Coordinator to join a BUZZing team in Queenstown. With huge opportunities to be had with regards to outbound sales and new business, along with nailing the execution of inbound events and enquires...this job will have you BUZZIng

This is a newly created role and a really exciting opportunity. With a BUZZing hospitality venue in the heart of Queenstown with a stylish bar, outdoor terrace, and event spaces, which gives them a fantastic opportunity to showcase and host events of all types and for all occasions.

As a Sales & Events Coordinator, your role will be to:

- Develop and drive strategic engagement from b2b relationships,
- Developing sales areas, target setting, building and maintaining key customer and client relationships.
- Creating short, medium and long term business planning
- Negotiating and closing business deals through active selling and networking, while keeping an up to date and extensive knowledge of current market, conditions, events and business opportunities.
- Also act a Duty Manger / Floor Supervisor

You will be the torch bearer for the venue to local businesses. As a strategic part of the sites management team, you will ensure you maintain clear communication and engagement in the business at all times, and really know the product inside and out.

This will be a hands on role with areas of cross over to hospitality management, you will currently hold a general managers certificate or have the ability to obtain one, and you will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant hospitality experience in a comparable environment or business.
