Our expanding city fringe office leasing team is seeking a broker to join the team. As New Zealand's fastest growing commercial property company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction. In this role, you will build on the success of a dominant team in a bid to create your own profile in the city fringe market.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Identifying and building relationships with prospective clients and landlords in the market.
- Conducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clients.
- Creating and executing effective leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental rates.
- Negotiating lease terms, preparing lease documents, and facilitating lease execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- REA salesperson's licence
- Proven track record of high performance in Sales or Leasing complimented with loyal company tenure would make for a successful transition into this role.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and industry professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using industry-standard platforms and tools.
- Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm.
