About the role

The primary purpose of our Customer Support Centre (CSC) to is take bookings for our Service departments.

Key responsibilities:

- Sending regular reminders to customers to help them protect their vehicles by servicing on time
- Maintaining customer records with up-to-date contact information, their contact preferences, and information that helps us best meet their future needs
- Supporting our customers through education to help them get the most out of their products and plans
- Taking opportunities to understand our customers’ needs in order to recommend additional products and services that would benefit them

Skills & Experience

About you
- We’re looking for someone who has previously excelled in a customer services role, preferably in a contact centre
- You’re known for your ability to make meaningful connections with people, and you enjoy the chance to problem-solve and think on your feet
- You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- You’re good with technology and a fast learner
- You’re a reliable, resilient, and a good teammate
