Position Title: Delivery Manager Number of Positions: 1 Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty Pay Rate: $30 – $36 per hour Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience Or Level 4 Qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily courier delivery operations and ensure timely service.
Plan and implement delivery schedules for drivers.
Manage staff rosters, training, and performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and transport regulations.
Monitor fleet performance and implement efficiency improvements.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Maintain operational records and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
Implement GPS and tracking systems for delivery monitoring.
Develop cost-control strategies and monitor budgets.

Key Requirements
Valid NZ Class 1 or Overseas equavalent driver’s license
No Experience or No Qualification Required
Key Responsibilities
Collect and deliver parcels and documents to designated locations.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules.
Handle packages with care and maintain delivery integrity.
Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness.
Follow health and safety and road transport regulations.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures.
Communicate effectively with the manager and dispatch team.
Report vehicle issues and assist with basic maintenance checks.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Support additional courier tasks as required by management.
