He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Administrator to join the Regional Referral Centre and Health Records team based at Tauranga Hospital - this is a 0.6 FTE vacancy, working 10 hours per week for Referral Centre and 14hrs per week for Health Records: Monday to Friday - hours to be discussed.
You will be providing quality and efficient Administration Support to clinical services with regards to
referral management and set administration tasks for the Health Records service.

**Some of your duties will include**:
**Referral Centre**:

- Receive and receipt referrals for all services ensuring Ministry of Health guidelines and Te Whatu Ora processes are met.

**Health Records**:

- Customer Service
- Logistics and File Management
- Release of Information
- Scanning uploading Correspondence
- Collating IP events ensuring Ministry of Health monthly guidelines and Te Whatu Ora processes are met.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and be a dedicated team player
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills (MS Office Suite)
- Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to manage your workload and know when to shift your priorities accordingly.

The tasks you'll be expected to undertake will vary so flexibility is key to this role. You need to be physically fit as some heavy lifting involved and be able to cope well with a high demanding workload. Good computer skills a must.
