Production Planning Manager/ Sme Material Master

**Purpose**:
Perform and optimize supply and production planning in order to ensure on-time finished goods supply. Perform in accordance with service level agreements while meeting inventory targets and optimizing total cost of supply through best asset utilization. Ensure master data integrity across all planning materials. Maintain and update all SAP material in a timely and accurate manner (Life Cycle).

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a rolling 12, 24, 36 months production plan at SKU level for both production sites.
- (SPU/sterile and LPPU/liquid and paste). In collaboration with site controller, review, analyze and generate budget volume for the cost of goods and idle cost calculation.
- Plan and coordinate production based on available resources such as production staff, considering current inventory levels, idle cost and demand requirements
- Analyze, challenge and consolidate supply information through weekly cycle of reports and meetings to create the supply plan.
- Produce and analyze weekly and monthly reports on Inventory Days of Supply (DOS), inventory at risk, obsolete and slow-moving list to ensure that the supply plan can meet the required demand while minimizing the financial risk to the business.
- Document production planning assumptions as of the result of creation and changes in the production plan. Ensure clear communication to internal colleagues on any supply risks and idle impact.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of SAP Bill of Material (BOM). Review existing BOM to ensure it accurately reflects manufacturing requirements
- SAP material creation and support on-time product launch.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years or demonstrated senior production planning experience in a fast paced, complex business environment.
- Intimate understanding and experience with working capital management.
- SAP IBP, PP(DS) & MRP experience essential, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills in alignment with Six sigma methodology.
- Expert level Excel skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive with a high drive for results.
- Confident in providing constructive feedback in a team environment.
- Ability to handle, lead and communicate complex projects.
