**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
Being part of the administration team you will be supporting our wider group of teams which work in a multi agency approach that ensures families experiencing family harm get the support and assistance they need from both government agencies and local community services. The administration team is pivotal to the daily operation of our work.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support including the accurate and timely entry of family harm data in multiple systems
- Support the daily operational administrative functions to enable the multi-agency team members to focus on problem solving and actions to support family safety
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships at all levels
