We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer, who is motivated by working with cutting-edge technologies and tackling exciting challenges in enterprise-scale software development world. You’ll have the chance to continuously build new skillsets and take the next step in your professional journey. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office per week. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with our Engineering Lead, and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role). What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? - Work with the Agile Team to analyse business processes, procedures and user requirements in order to establish system requirements. - Undertake testing activities in relation to software solutions ensuring that quality meets agreed specifications/requirements. Working within Customer Identity teams to develop and implement solutions for customer identity verification and management, ensuring our solutions meets the compliance and is secure, robust and user friendly. What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? We are embarking on a modernization journey towards Digital Identity with plenty of challenges and opportunities in AWS Cloud. What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this tūranga? We are looking for a team member who displays a collaborative mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. What specific tech skills would be beneficial? - Frontend Development: Experience using React to create modern, user-friendly interfaces. - Backend Development: Hands-on experience in building APIs, database design, and domain modelling. - Cloud Experience: Solid experience with AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and a good understanding of cloud architecture, deployment, and best practices. - DevOps & Automation: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform) and tools for monitoring and ensuring system reliability.
