**_ Te mahi / The role_**

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to provide full solution delivery lifecycle services across development and operations (DevOps) in our Microsoft cloud stack.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will provide the agile connection between development and operations lifecycles, from the software development lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, and testing, through to the operations functions of release, deployment, operating, and monitoring.

The role requires a strong client focus and engagement capability as you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions using DevOps techniques on both public and private cloud platforms.

- Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, and:

- Experience in software development or solutions roles, including proficiency in contemporary technologies, programming languages, and scripting.
- Be well-acquainted with agile methodologies, with a particular emphasis on scrum practices.
- Have knowledgeable about database design and development principles.
- Appreciation for crafting user-centric, interactive experiences.
- Familiarity with the conventional software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in adhering to source control best practices, notably utilising Git.
- Understanding of security fundamentals within the DevSecOps domain.
- Exposure to tools associated with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
- Strong interpersonal aptitude for fostering collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

**Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint is advantageous.**
