Your experience allows you to design high-quality business solutions that create value and enhance performance, while your leadership inspires junior team members and fosters a collaborative environment. **Your Day-to-Day** - Manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Design and develop solutions to address client issues and improve business performance. - Maintain accountability for defined work assignments and project scopes. - Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Conduct quality reviews for technical tasks and participate in proposal development. - Coach and mentor junior team members while leading small to medium-sized project teams. - Design, implement, and maintain complex data engineering solutions and data pipelines. - Perform complex data quality checks and remediation. **What You Will Bring** - Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions. - Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data - Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design - A thorough technical understanding of leading-edge data and analytics technologies and development techniques, including one or more of the following: Microsoft, Tableau, and/or Qlik. - Experience in cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable) - Working closely with business users to design powerful visualisations and business intelligence reporting solutions. - Proven track record in delivering projects in a client-facing environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of industry trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A background in consulting and professional services. **Qualifications/Education** - 5-7 years of consulting and implementation experience - 5 - 7 years broad IT experience - 5+ years experience of leading data & analytics tools - 5+ years delivering projects in a client facing environment **Why Altis?** Our Commitment to you.
