**Job Description**:
A rare and exciting opportunity has recently become available for a motivated **Team Assistant** to join our successful, market-leading** Investment Sales** team in our** Highbrook /South Auckland **office.

Our Investment Sales team focuses on providing property investment solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants from the CBD to South Auckland. The team offers services for specialist investments covering everything from childcare centres and student accommodation to site sales.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional to provide administrative and marketing support to an engaged team of successful brokers.

**The value you'll add**
- Collaborate to create winning client pitches, submissions, and market overviews
- Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create presentations, reports, and other documentation
- Coordinate team and client events and meetings
- Maintain databases and files
- Support the team to ensure success

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, would be a plus
